Bloomy Rinded Cheeses are soft cheeses with velvety white rinds, including Brie and Camembert styles. Bloomy rind cheeses can be chalky or creamy—some even spoonable—and can exhibit mild and tangy or more assertive savory flavors, depending on the style.
