Description

Blue cheeses are differentiated by the intentional addition of blue mold, and includes Roquefort and Stilton style blues. But not all blues are equally intense: some are milder with fruit and butter notes, while others are strong and intense with pungent salty flavors. Despite being polarizing, blues are a great option to have on a cheeseboard and are a key ingredient in numerous salads and other dishes. Specific cheese will vary. 4-6 ounce piece.
