To ensure you always receive the best produce, we source fruits and vegetables from our trusted network of farmers. We prioritize collaborating with local producers whenever seasonality permits, adhering to our strict sourcing standards across all Marketplace products. If produce isn’t available from the U.S. due to growing regions or seasons, but we will always try our best!
Tip: Green bananas? You can speed up the ripening process by putting your bananas in a brown paper bag, folding to seal, and storing in a warm place like the top of your fridge. Your bananas should be ripe in a day or less, just keep checking!

Can I try the service before paying a membership fee?
Yes! Your first month is on us — only pay for the groceries you buy. After that, you'll get weekly delivery for just $10 a month.
Do I have to pay tips and delivery fees?
No! Our team of full-time Rounders receive salary and benefits, so no tips are needed. Our $10 membership covers four weekly deliveries a month.
Can I skip or pause my deliveries?
Yes! You can skip a week any time before your order locks, or pause your membership for up to 3 months.
Can I order items once?
Yes! You can set up a custom frequency for any item you buy, including one-time. You can always adjust a frequency if you aren’t quite ready for a delivery.
Can I adjust my order every week?
Yes! You can add what you need and remove what you don’t before your order locks each week. We’ll send you a reminder. If you need help managing your order, you can text our Member Success team and reach a real human.
