We accept single-use, rechargeable, and lithium-ion batteries.
Restrictions:
- Do not include batteries over 11 pounds.
- Do not include batteries over 300 watt-hours (if unsure, check the battery label for this information).
- Please place a piece of packing, duct, or electrical tape over the contacts of all lithium-ion batteries.
- DO NOT INCLUDE ANY DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR RECALLED BATTERIES.
How it works:
1. Add this to your next Refill to receive a Battery Pickup Bag.
2. Fill it up with your items on your schedule.
3. Leave it out for pickup with your empties on any Refill Day!

Commonly asked questions
Can I try the service before paying a membership fee?
Yes! Your first month is on us — only pay for the groceries you buy. After that, you'll get weekly delivery for just $10 a month.
Do I have to pay tips and delivery fees?
No! Our team of full-time Rounders receive salary and benefits, so no tips are needed. Our $10 membership covers four weekly deliveries a month.
Can I skip or pause my deliveries?
Yes! You can skip a week any time before your order locks, or pause your membership for up to 3 months.
Can I order items once?
Yes! You can set up a custom frequency for any item you buy, including one-time. You can always adjust a frequency if you aren’t quite ready for a delivery.
Can I adjust my order every week?
Yes! You can add what you need and remove what you don’t before your order locks each week. We’ll send you a reminder. If you need help managing your order, you can text our Member Success team and reach a real human.
