Ntsiki Biyela is one of the leading lights of South African wine and has the distinction of being South Africa's first black, female winemaker. Her Chardonnay is a beautiful expression of the grape, in a restrained, almost Old World, style. A nose of citrus and hazelnuts, with nice palate weight and flavors of tropical fruit and a creamy texture.
