Weekly compost, plus hard-to-recycle, donation, and package pickup
Our Complete Pickup Plan includes up to 4 weekly compost pickups and bucket swaps, plus pickup for your hard-to-recycle items, donations, and package returns. Each week on your Refill Day we'll pick up:
- Plastic film
- E-waste
- Batteries
- Clothing (donation and recycling)
- Prepaid package returns
- Compost bucket
About bucket pickup:
The Complete Pickup Plan includes up to 4 weekly 2-gallon bucket pickups and clean bucket swaps. You can upgrade to a 4-gallon bucket for an additional $1.25 per week.
We accept:
- Bread & grains
- Meat (including bones)
- Egg shells
- Fish (including bones)
- Dairy
- Fruits & veggies
- Paper towels, paper napkins, and cardboard rolls
- Any flatware, dinnerware, plate, cup, produce or storage bag that is marked as compostable with BPI or TUV logos
- Coffee grounds, coffee filters and tea bags
We do not accept:
- Cooking grease or oil
- Any form of plastic
- Paper towels that have been used for grease, oil, or bodily fluids
- Tissue paper or Kleenex
- Pet waste
How it works:
1. Add the Complete Pickup Plan to your autopilot. We'll bill you monthly at the same time as your $10 membership. We'll drop off a kit of pickup bags, labels, and a compost bucket on your next Refill Day.
2. Fill up the compost bucket, recycling and donation bags, and use your package return label all at your own pace! As needed, you can add additional bags and labels to any weekly refill.
3. When you're ready, leave your items out for pickup on your Refill Day. Schedule a package pickup by texting the Member Success team at 855-674-1999. Our team of Rounders will make sure your items make it to the right place for composting, shipping, donation, or recycling.

Commonly asked questions
Can I try the service before paying a membership fee?
Yes! Your first month is on us — only pay for the groceries you buy. After that, you'll get weekly delivery for just $10 a month.
Do I have to pay tips and delivery fees?
No! Our team of full-time Rounders receive salary and benefits, so no tips are needed. Our $10 membership covers four weekly deliveries a month.
Can I skip or pause my deliveries?
Yes! You can skip a week any time before your order locks, or pause your membership for up to 3 months.
Can I order items once?
Yes! You can set up a custom frequency for any item you buy, including one-time. You can always adjust a frequency if you aren’t quite ready for a delivery.
Can I adjust my order every week?
Yes! You can add what you need and remove what you don’t before your order locks each week. We’ll send you a reminder. If you need help managing your order, you can text our Member Success team and reach a real human.
