For their entry level bottling, Bozal brings their passion for wild agave mezcal to a very well balanced blend of Espadin, Barril, and Mexicano magueys. Flinty minerality and a medium-dark smokiness on the nose ring dusty and herbaceous notes. Those savory notes continue up the mid-palate to a warm and spicy finish with lingering flint, agave, and grassy character.
