Description

This famous and ancient fresh cheese is perfect for salads and recipes (tik tok famous tomato bake, anyone?) We source from domestic and international producers that are making great examples of feta, then pack it in brine for a level of moisture and freshness that's a whole different product than the dry crumbled version at the store.

The feta, when kept in brine, should keep for around 2 weeks from delivery. Keeping it stored in brine is the best way to prolong the shelf life. The brine will leave some residue, but this is mostly just salt and milk solids - nothing to be concerned about!
