FUDGY BROWNIES:
2 Eggs
½ cup melted Butter or Oil
1 Tbsp Water
1 package Bob's Red Mill® Brownie Baking Mix
a. Preheat oven to 325°F. Butter or oil an 8-inch square baking pan.
b. Whisk together eggs, melted butter or oil, and water. Add brownie mix and stir with a spoon until combined. Spread batter in prepared baking pan.
c. Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center of the pan comes out with just a few crumbs, 30-35 minutes for metal pans and 35-40 minutes for glass pans. Cool completely in a pan before cutting and serving.
*Makes 16 two-inch brownies.
