Golden Cornbread Mix bakes up soft, moist cornbread with a touch of sweetness. Perfect for serving with chili, BBQ, or as a hearty side dish.
GOLDEN CORNBREAD:
2 Eggs
½ cup melted Butter
1 cup Water
1 package Bob's Red Mill" Cornbread Baking Mix Preheat oven to 350°F. Butter or oil an 8-inch square baking pan.
a. Whisk together eggs, melted butter and water. Add cornbread mix and stir until combined. Pour batter into prepared b. baking pan. Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center of the pan comes out clean, 35-40 minutes.
c. Cool 15 minutes before serving.
*Makes 12 servings.
MUFFINS:
a. Preheat oven to 350°E. Oil or line a 12-cup standard muffin pan.
b. Follow mix instructions above. Fill cups ¾ full.
c. Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center muffin comes out clean, 18-22 minutes. Cool briefly before serving.
*Makes 12 muffins.
