Description
Pablo Claro is one of several labels produced by Dominio de Punctum. The Fernández siblings (Jesús, Ruth, and Cristina) founded Dominio de Punctum in 2005. Today they have 200 hectares under vine, all certified organic and biodynamic. The Graciano/Cabernet blend has loads of ripe dark fruit, with notes of pepper, smoke, and violets. Juicy and balanced on the palate, with plenty of grip and a long, lingering finish. Excellent.
