Ship your prepaid package return
We accept UPS, USPS, or Fedex returns. Please ensure your prepaid shipping label is attached and the package is closed.
Restrictions:
- Packages can only be guaranteed up to $50.
- We cannot accept packages over 40 pounds in weight or larger than 2 feet in any dimension.
- Shipping labels must be for UPS, USPS, or FedEx.
- We will not accept any hazardous or prohibited goods.
How it works:
1. Add this to your next refill to receive a Package Pickup Label.
2. When you’re ready to return something, stick a label to your package in a clearly visible location.
3. Before your weekly lock time, schedule your pickup for your Refill Day by scanning the QR code and answering a few questions.
4. Leave your package out for pickup with your empties on your Refill Day. Make sure your Rounder can see your yellow label!
Terms:
The Rounds reserves the right to refuse package pickup under the following conditions:
- Non-compliance with weight or size restrictions.
- Failure to affix a proper prepaid shipping label.
- Inadequate sealing or packaging.
- Packages containing hazardous or prohibited materials as outlined by the carrier.
The Rounds is not responsible for any packages prior to pickup from the Member or after drop-off with the carrier. Once a package has been collected and delivered to your carrier, the liability for any loss, theft, or damage rests solely with the carrier. The Rounds does not track or provide updates on the status of packages once they have been dropped off at the carrier.
The Rounds assumes no responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage beyond the $50 limit.
Our Rounders will drop off your package at your carrier while they make the rounds in your city.

Commonly asked questions
Can I try the service before paying a membership fee?
Yes! Your first month is on us — only pay for the groceries you buy. After that, you'll get weekly delivery for just $10 a month.
Do I have to pay tips and delivery fees?
No! Our team of full-time Rounders receive salary and benefits, so no tips are needed. Our $10 membership covers four weekly deliveries a month.
Can I skip or pause my deliveries?
Yes! You can skip a week any time before your order locks, or pause your membership for up to 3 months.
Can I order items once?
Yes! You can set up a custom frequency for any item you buy, including one-time. You can always adjust a frequency if you aren’t quite ready for a delivery.
Can I adjust my order every week?
Yes! You can add what you need and remove what you don’t before your order locks each week. We’ll send you a reminder. If you need help managing your order, you can text our Member Success team and reach a real human.
