Pinhook takes a unique spin on the release of their flagship bourbon, taking a cue from the wine world and introducing the concept of vintage. Each year's release bears the name and likeness of a different thoroughbred, and represents the best expression of their whiskey from that year's "crop" of 3-4 year old barrels.
