The nesting set of sprout huggers, along with an existing jar or glass, creates the perfect environment to grow nutritious sprouts at home. The two-part set includes a perforated top hugger that attaches to a standard or wide-mouth jar or drinking glass. The bottom hugger serves as a reservoir to catch water and allow proper airflow. Best suited for medium and large-sized seeds. Jar and seeds are not included.

Each Sprout Hugger set comes with complete step-by-step instructions and a QR link for additional video support. Growing nutritious greens at home is fun, rewarding, and delicious.
