This line of wines is inspired by the "village wines" of France - those everyday drinking, versatile, and lighter-bodied versions of the big, bold, and/or brash wines for which the classic growing regions tend to be known. Aged 8 months in used French oak gives complexity and sustenance to a wine intended to put freshness first.
