We carry household essentials from carefully selected brands such as Dr. Bronner's, Seventh Generation, The Bare Home, and Dropps, as well as grocery favorites from Rao's, LaCroix, Mezcla, Vitacoco, Spindrift, Recess, Poppi, Desert Pepper Trading Co. and more. We source coffee and baked goods from our local partners, fresh produce from nearby farms, upcycled dog toys by Rerope, and so much more! We are frequently adding new products to our lineup and welcome any suggestions you have in mind!

Other delivery services bring your products in plastic wrapped in cardboard wrapped in plastic, surprise you with stacked service fees and tips, or clog up the streets by rushing back and forth to make next-day deliveries. Not us! Your products from The Rounds will come in reusable containers packed in a tote. Our selection features thousands of products from high-quality groceries, household essentials, and curated selections from local purveyors without the hassle of running from store to store. Members get weekly delivery and refills from our Rounders via e-bike or e-Van for just $10 a month, plus free pickup of empty containers to be sanitized for reuse.

Low waste means that we are committed to reducing your waste at home. No more boxes inside boxes! Instead, we deliver your orders in a green bag with reusable, recyclable, or compostable containers. When you're done with your items, leave your empties on your doorstep, and we'll pick up your empty containers as we drop off your weekly refill -- like the modern-day milkman.

Please note that some items cannot yet be delivered in reusable containers for health and safety reasons. We work every day to find more creative solutions that reduce packaging waste! We believe in progress, not perfection, and appreciate that you're on this journey with us!

If you are a new Member, you can try a pickup plan for free during your 30-day membership trial.

When you choose a pickup plan, you’ll see your available pickups in your Refill. Choose what pickups you want that week, or skip if you need to! Based on your choices, your Rounder will know what to look out for the next time they swing by.

Once your Rounder picks up your items on your weekly Refill Day, we sort and deliver your waste to our vetted partners. The pros handle the proper sorting, recycling, and disposal for all of your hard-to-dispose waste streams. 

Our vetted partners include Rabbit Recycling, Veteran Compost, Terracycle, and more.

Plastic film: We accept thin, flexible plastic including plastic bags, bubble wrap, packing air pillows, shrink wrap, or anything else with the plastic bag recycling label. Do not include hard or multilayer plastics. 



E-waste: We accept cables, cords, wires, and small electronics that fit in your pickup bag. Do not include lightbulbs or ink/toner cartridges. 


Batteries: We accept single-use, rechargeable, and lithium-ion batteries under 11 lbs. Batteries cannot be over 300 watt-hours, damaged, defective, or recalled.



Clothing: We accept fabric and leather clothing, shoes, and bags in good donation or recycling condition.

Prepaid Package Returns: We accept closed packages with a prepaid label for return at USPS, UPS, and FedEx. 


Compost: We accept bread, grains, meat, and fish (including bones), egg shells, dairy, fruits and veggies, paper towels, paper napkins, cardboard rolls, compostable flatware, dinnerware, plates, and cups, produce or storage bags that are marked compostable, coffee grounds, coffee filters, and tea bags. We do not accept cooking grease, oil, plastic, paper tissue, or towels soiled with grease, oil, or bodily fluids, and pet waste. 


You can choose from three pickup plans. When you add a pickup plan to your membership, we’ll drop off a kit with everything you need to sort your items for pickup.

Core: Weekly pickup for plastic film, e-waste, batteries, clothing, and prepaid package returns.


Compost: Weekly compost pickup and bucket exchange.

Complete: All of the household pickups for plastic film, e-waste, batteries, and prepaid package returns. Plus, weekly compost pickup and bucket exchange.

 You’ll be charged a monthly fee beginning on the day of your first refill.  Charges for your bundles are processed separately, upon successful delivery of your refill. 

If you’ve signed up with a free trial, we’ll automatically charge you for your membership fee when your trial period ends. Note that during the free trial, you don’t pay any membership fees, you only pay for the items in your bundle!

At The Rounds, we’re committed to reducing our carbon footprint. Because of this, we do not accept physical returns of items once they have left our warehouse.

If you are unhappy with the quality of a product, please text us at 855-674-1999 or email us at support@therounds.co within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Please note that Membership fees are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

We reserve the right to refuse any refund request if you do not make it within 14 days of delivery or if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the return policy is being abused.

Our employees are background-checked, bonded and insured. We’re friendly folks that live in your neighborhood. We prep your refill in our hyper-local Neighborhood Refillment Center (“NRC” for short). We send you a text when we’re on our way and another text when we drop off your refill bundle at your door.

Our team delivers bundles on e-bikes and e-vans from a local Neighborhood Refillment Center. We make the rounds weekly on a neighborhood Refill Day.

Please return any glass containers, jars, or bottles, as well as any cotton or canvas bags. When we pick them up, they’ll be washed and sanitized before being refilled and sent back out for their next Refill Day.

You just leave them outside your door for us on Refill Day, or wherever you receive your bundle! No need to return them if you’re not ready yet, just leave them for us when you’ve got empties.

Our members place their empty containers outside their doors and we come pick them up, reversing the direction of conventional one way shipping channels. Almost all consumer products today move along distribution and fulfillment channels that resemble straight lines. Retailers and delivery services ship to consumers, who in turn dispose of the product and the product’s packaging. The Rounds is turning those straight lines into “closed-loop” circles through the use of reusable containers. Reverse Logistics is the process of closing the loop.

There are no delivery fees. All weekly refills are included with your membership.
